Terbaru, pihak syarikat telah mengeluarkan kenyataan rasmi berhubung perkara ini, serta menjelaskan dengan lebih lanjut berkenaan spesifikasinya.<\/p>\n<p>Unit DRAM terbaru dari Samsung Electronics ini merupakan DRAM DDR4 Generasi Kedua 10nm 8-gigabit pertama seumpamanya di dunia. Apa yang membezakan DRAM pengeluaran Samsung ini adalah ianya hadir dengan ukuran yang lebih kecil, serta peningkatan prestasi antara 10 hingga 15 peratus, lebih kecekapan dan lebih laju (3.6Mbps).<\/p>\n<p>Menariknya, Samsung Electronics turut menarik perhatian dengan memaklumkan akan menaikkan juga jumlah pengeluaran DRAM 10nm Generasi Pertama bagi memenuhi permintaan dari pengguna yang kian mendadak.
