{"id":4442,"date":"2016-07-26T17:20:09","date_gmt":"2016-07-26T09:20:09","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/anakaskarpencen.com\/blog\/?p=4442"},"modified":"2016-07-26T17:20:09","modified_gmt":"2016-07-26T09:20:09","slug":"ramalan-terakhir-hukum-moore","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/hteknologi.com\/blog\/ramalan-terakhir-hukum-moore\/","title":{"rendered":"Ramalan Terakhir Hukum Moore, Transistor akan berhenti mengecil menjelang 2020"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Hukum Moore selama ini digunakan sebagai garis panduan dalam pembangunan mikro pemproses selama berdekad-dekad lamanya, kini dilihat telah menuju ke penghujungnya.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pada Persidangan Hala Tuju Teknologi Antarabangsa bagi Semikonduktor 2015 (International Technology Roadmap for Semiconductors, ITRS) telah menjangkakan syarikat-syarikat mikro pemproses tidak lagi dapat menampung kos pengecilan saiz transistor-transistor menjelang tahun 2020.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Walaubagaimanapun, persidangan hala tuju ini tidak meramalkan Hukum Moore tidak akan digunakan lagi dalam masa terdekat ini. Ia cuma menghala ke arah lain yang lebih ekonomik.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Hukum Moore meramalkan bilangan transistor di dalam mikropemproses akan digandakan dalam tempoh setiap 18 bulan. Selama bertahun-tahun, saiz transistor semakin lama semakin kecil dan ini membolehkan para jurutera memuatkannya ke dalam satu acuan mikro pemproses (die). Malah, ia juga mengakibatkan penurunan dari segi kos untuk menghasilkan satu transistor.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pun begitu, untuk tempoh empat tahun terdekat ini, cara ini tidak lagi ekonomik untuk menghasilkan mikro pemproses. Oleh itu, ITRS yakin sesetengah\u00a0pengeluar\u00a0yang cenderung untuk menambah bilangan transistor\u00a0akan memilih cara tindanan menegak (vertical stacking) bagi meningkatkan bilangan transistor dalam sesebuah mikro pemproses sebagaimana reka bentuk FinFET yang digunakan oleh sesetengah pengeluar seperti Samsung.<a href=\"http:\/\/anakaskarpencen.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/07\/Samsung-FinFET-1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-4445\" src=\"http:\/\/anakaskarpencen.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/07\/Samsung-FinFET-1-300x159.jpg\" alt=\"Samsung-FinFET\" width=\"300\" height=\"159\" srcset=\"https:\/\/hteknologi.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/07\/Samsung-FinFET-1-300x159.jpg 300w, https:\/\/hteknologi.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/07\/Samsung-FinFET-1-200x106.jpg 200w, https:\/\/hteknologi.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/07\/Samsung-FinFET-1-310x165.jpg 310w, https:\/\/hteknologi.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/07\/Samsung-FinFET-1.jpg 650w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Penghasilan mikro pemproses dengan cara tindanan menegak seperti FinFET boleh menggunakan material yang lain selain silikon.
