{"id":41043,"date":"2026-02-11T08:07:33","date_gmt":"2026-02-11T00:07:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/hteknologi.com\/blog\/?p=41043"},"modified":"2026-02-11T08:07:33","modified_gmt":"2026-02-11T00:07:33","slug":"10-kluster-tb-baharu-dikesan-selangor","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/hteknologi.com\/blog\/10-kluster-tb-baharu-dikesan-selangor\/","title":{"rendered":"10 Kluster TB Baharu dikesan, Selangor catat Jumlah Kluster Tertinggi"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>KKMSelangor mencatatkan jumlah kluster tuberkulosis (tibi) tertinggi di Malaysia bagi tahun 2026 dengan empat kluster baharu direkodkan setakat 7 Februari lalu.<\/p>\n<p>Menteri Kesihatan, Datuk Seri Dr. Dzulkefly Ahmad, mendedahkan perkara tersebut di Dewan Rakyat semalam, memaklumkan bahawa secara keseluruhannya terdapat 10 kluster tibi baharu yang masih aktif dikesan di tujuh negeri pada awal tahun ini.<\/p>\n<p>Dalam sesi Waktu Pertanyaan-Pertanyaan Menteri, Dr. Dzulkefly menjelaskan bahawa empat kluster di Selangor tersebut membabitkan sejumlah 10 kes jangkitan.<\/p>\n<p>Walaupun Selangor mencatatkan bilangan kluster paling banyak, negeri Johor merekodkan jumlah kes tertinggi bagi satu kluster tunggal. Sebanyak 37 kes yang berpunca daripada satu kes indeks di Kota Tinggi telah dicatatkan di Johor.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Di Johor, satu kluster melibatkan 37 kes, manakala Kedah dan Kelantan masing-masing merekodkan satu kluster dengan dua kes,&#8221; kata Dr. Dzulkefly semasa menjawab soalan Ahli Parlimen Kuala Langat, Datuk Dr. Ahmad Yunus Hairi.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Pecahan kluster TB mengikut Negeri<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Beliau turut memperincikan pecahan kluster di negeri-negeri lain yang masing-masing mencatatkan satu kluster:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Sabah: 5 kes<\/li>\n<li>Pahang: 4 kes<\/li>\n<li>Kedah: 2 kes<\/li>\n<li>Kelantan: 2 kes<\/li>\n<li>Perlis: 2 kes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Dr. Dzulkefly turut menarik perhatian mengenai kes di Johor. Kes tersebut melibatkan seorang tenaga pengajar al-Quran wanita warga emas berusia 72 tahun. Kes tersebut telah menyebabkan jangkitan kepada 29 kanak-kanak dan lapan orang dewasa. Saringan kontak rapat telah dijalankan oleh pihak berkuasa kesihatan.<\/p>\n<p>Menurut beliau, definisi kluster tibi merujuk kepada kewujudan dua atau lebih kes yang mempunyai kaitan epidemiologi dari aspek masa, tempat, atau hubungan kontak, yang menunjukkan kemungkinan berlakunya rantaian penyebaran.<\/p>\n<p>Bagi membendung penularan di institusi berisiko tinggi seperti sekolah asrama dan penjara, Kementerian Kesihatan Malaysia (KKM) terus mempergiatkan saringan simptomatik dan klinikal berpandukan Tuberculosis Information System Manual 2018 (TBIS 2018).<\/p>\n<p>Orang ramai dinasihatkan supaya peka dengan gejala tibi. Antara gejala tersebut seperti batuk berpanjangan, demam, dan susut berat badan serta segera mendapatkan rawatan jika bergejala.
