Cip memori terbaru ini telah diperkenalkan pada hari Isnin minggu ini.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Syarikat gergasi elektronik dari Korea Selatan ini telah memulakan pengeluaran secara besar-besaran cip memori DDR4 yang dihasilkan dengan teknologi memproses berkelas 10-nanometer.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">DRAM terbaru ini dikatakan lebih pantas dan lebih jimat tenaga jika dibandingkan memori DDR4 yang dibina dengan cara memproses berkelas 20-nanometer.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Perkakasan seperti memori ini merupakan komponen yang mustahak kerana ia digunakan sebagai tempat penyimpanan data untuk sementara waktu ketika maklumat-maklumat yang diterima komputer sedang diproses.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Kelajuan memori turut mempengaruhi tahap kepantasan data-data bergerak di dalam sesebuah komputer. Cip memori yang baru ini mempunyai kelajuan klok maksima sehingga 3,200 MHz, lebih laju dari cip memori DDR4 lama yang mempunyai kelajuan sekitar 2,400 MHz.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Memori DDR4 pertama kali digunakan untuk server pada tahun 2014 dan Samsung mendapati DRAM yang lebih pantas mampu membantu aplikasi-aplikasi berskala besar di dalam server.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Samsung akan mula mengeluarkan memori DDR4 berkelas 10-nanometer dengan kapasiti bermula dari 4GB untuk komputer riba sehinggalah jenis 128GB untuk kegunaan server perniagaan. Bagaimanapun, masih belum diberitakan mengenai bila memori ini akan dipasarkan. Cuma, apa yang dapat dipastikan ianya bakal hadir dalam tahun ini juga.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Turut diberitakan, Samsung akan memperkenalkan DRAM DDR4 berkelas 10-nm untuk kegunaan telefon pintar. Pengeluaran ini didakwa bakal mengukuhkan penguasaan Samsung dalam pasaran telefon pintar beresolusi Ultra-HD.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Buat masa ini, sudah terdapat telefon pintar yang menggunakan DDR4 jenis jimat tenaga yang dikenali sebagai LPDDR4.
