{"id":37504,"date":"2025-08-14T20:43:41","date_gmt":"2025-08-14T12:43:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/hteknologi.com\/blog\/?p=37504"},"modified":"2025-08-14T21:45:58","modified_gmt":"2025-08-14T13:45:58","slug":"pekerja-petronas-berhenti-sebab-ai","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/hteknologi.com\/blog\/pekerja-petronas-berhenti-sebab-ai\/","title":{"rendered":"PM: Pekerja Petronas Diberhentikan Kerja kerana Faktor AI, Teknologi Baharu"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Pemberhentian pekerja-pekerja Petronas disebabkan oleh tugas-tugas yang bertindih hasil dari perubahan ke arah teknologi baharu dan penggunaan teknologi kecerdasan buatan (AI), menurut Perdana Menteri Dato&#8217; Seri Anwar Ibrahim hari ini.<\/p>\n<p>Menurut beliau langkah tersebut bertujuan meningkatkan kecekapan operasi, namun dalam pada masa yang sama menyebabkan pertindihan di dalam beberapa tugasan.<\/p>\n<p>Bercakap di Dewan Rakyat hari ini, Perdana Menteri menyatakan walaupun tindakan ini memberikan kesan terhadap pekerja-pekerja, langkah-langkah memelihara kebajikan para pekerja dan keluarga telah diambil. Antaranya menawarkan jawatan di syarikat-syarikat berkaitan kerajaan (GLC), dan syarikat-syarikat pelaburan berkaitan kerajaan (GLIC).<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Saya tak kata ini (penamatan perkhidmatan pekerja) satu perkara ringan, kita prihatin. Saya sendiri berbincang dengan Presiden (PETRONAS) Tengku Tan Sri Muhammad Taufik berulang kali bagi tangani masalah ini. Soalnya PETRONAS masih mencatat keuntungan. Jadi oleh itu, mengapa dan apa kemunasabahannya untuk membuang pekerja-pekerja ini atau untuk menghentikan? Alasannya ialah pertama, soalnya peralihan dari segi keberkesanan kerana menggunakan teknologi baru termasuk digitalisasi, AI. Ada pertindihan pekerja,&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Pernyataan Perdana Menteri tersebut adalah jawapan soalan tambahan Datuk Mohd Isam Mohd Isa (BN-Tampin). Beliau bertanyakan mengenai faktor menyebabkan PETRONAS mengambil langkah mengurangkan pekerja walaupun mencatatkan masih mencatatkan keuntungan.<\/p>\n<p>Jun lalu Pengerusi dan CEO Petronas Tan Sri Tengku Muhammad Taufik mengumumkan pengurangan 10% tenaga kerjanya sebagai usaha rasionalisasinya.
