Pengguna telah diberikan masa sehingga 10 bulan untuk mengesahkan akaun TnG eWallet masing-masing.<\/p>\n<p>Proses ini hanya memerlukan pengguna memuat naik foto kad pengenalan dan mengambil swafoto untuk pengecaman wajah tanpa perlu melakukannya secara bersemuka.<\/p>\n<p>Buat masa ini eKYC tidak diwajibkan di platform berkenaan, namun pengguna yang tidak melakukan pengesahan tidak boleh melakukan pemindahan atau pengeluaran baki serta mempunyai had baki yang lebih rendah. Untuk mendapatkan lebih banyak fungsi dan manfaat, pengguna perlu melakukan pengesahan untuk naik ke taraf Pro atau Premium.<\/p>\n<p>Dalam pada masa yang sama, pihak TNG Digital turut menyatakan pengguna yang kekal tidak melaksanakan pengesahan identiti boleh menyebabkan kehilangan akses ke akaun masing-masing.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>TNG Digital yang mengendalikan Touch &#8216;n Go eWallet telah mengumumkan pengesahan secara electronic Know-Your-Customer (eKYC) akan diwajibkan kepada semua pengguna platformnya bermula 20 Disember 2024.
