Bagaimanapun, perkara yang sebaliknya pula yang berlaku dan ia telah menyebabkan berlakunya kerosakan pada sesetengah peranti yang dipasangkan dengannya.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Kemaskini ini pada asalnya dikhaskan untuk peranti-peranti tertentu sahaja. Namun, berlaku kesilapan yang mengakibatkan peranti-peranti Windows 10 Mobile lain yang tidak berkenaan boleh\u00a0memperoleh dan memasang kemaskini ini. Kini, pihak Microsoft sedang cuba memulihkan kembali keadaan.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Menurut pegawai yang bertanggungjawab terhadap program Microsoft Insider, Gabriel Aul, menyatakan bahawa tindakan mengemaskini pada peranti Windows 10 Mobile yang tidak disokong boleh merosakkan telefon pintar terbabit. Satu-satunya cara untuk memulihkannya adalah dengan melakukan flash untuk mengembalikannya ke tetapan asal dari kilang.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bagaimanapun, kebanyakan pengguna tidak boleh melakukannya dan sehingga kini masih tiada lagi sebarang cara pulih ditawarkan oleh pihak Microsoft.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Menurut Microsoft,\u00a0&#8220;Kami sedang mengusahakan pilihan-pilihan baikpulih untuk peranti-peranti tidak disokong berkenaan yang telah memasang kemaskini terbaru tersebut (<em>We&#8217;re working on repair options for the devices that were not supported but got the latest build<\/em>),&#8221;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Gabriel Aul turut menyatakan berkenaan isu ini di dalam Twitternya,\u00a0&#8221; Ini merupakan keutamaan kami untuk menyelesaikannya dan menubuhkan sebuah pasukan khas untuk menyelesaikannya.
