Kaedah pembayaran secara nirtunai e-Wallet ini dilaporkan mengalami masalah sejak dari jam 10 pagi tadi.<\/p>\n<p>Menurut <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/photo?fbid=576015291200673&amp;set=a.486932240108979\">laman Facebook rasmi lebuhraya DUKE<\/a><\/strong>, pihaknya kini sedang berdepan dengan gangguan pada sistem <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/hteknologi.com\/blog\/tag-rfid-tng-akan-mula-dijual-15-feb-ini-berharga-rm-35\/\">Touch &#8216;n Go dan RFID<\/a><\/strong> di lebuhraya DUKE dan SPE.<\/p>\n<p>Punca gangguan ini disebabkan oleh kegiatan vandalisme pada rangkaian optik fiber Telekom Malaysia (TM) berhampiran lebuhraya DUKE. Kesan dari insiden tersebut telah memberikan kesan terhadap capaian sistem PayDirect dan RFID Touch &#8216;n Go.<\/p>\n<p>Tambah pengendali lebuhraya berkenaan lagi, TM sedang berusaha memulihkan kembali sambungan rangkaian ke DUKE secepat mungkin dan meminta maaf atas segala kesulitan yang dihadapi.<\/p>\n<p>Plaza-plaza tol lebuhraya memerlukan sambungan internet yang aktif untuk membolehkan pembayaran tol RFID dan PayDirect secara dalam talian dapat dilakukan.<\/p>\n<p>Berdasarkan apa yang berlaku siang tadi, sambungan sistem berkenaan ke rangkaian internet dilihat tidak mempunyai alternatif lain seperti menggunakan <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/hteknologi.com\/blog\/beza-antara-4g-dan-lte\/\">rangkaian 4G<\/a><\/strong> atau <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/hteknologi.com\/blog\/apa-itu-teknologi-5g\/\">5G<\/a><\/strong> untuk sementara waktu.
