{"id":20469,"date":"2022-02-14T16:05:08","date_gmt":"2022-02-14T08:05:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/hteknologi.com\/blog\/?p=20469"},"modified":"2022-02-14T16:08:13","modified_gmt":"2022-02-14T08:08:13","slug":"akaun-touch-n-go-ewallet-digodam","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/hteknologi.com\/blog\/akaun-touch-n-go-ewallet-digodam\/","title":{"rendered":"Sebilangan Akaun pengguna Touch &#8216;n Go eWallet dilaporkan digodam"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Sebilangan pengguna aplikasi Touch &#8216;n Go eWallet dilaporkan telah mengalami kerugian selepas akaun masing-masing digodam.<\/p>\n<p>Menerusi sidang media yang diadakan, salah seorang mangsa mendakwa telah kerugian hampir RM3,000 menerusi tiga transaksi tanpa kebenaran yang dilakukan dalam tempoh 7 minit. <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sinarharian.com.my\/article\/187468\/BERITA\/Semasa\/Wang-dalam-e-wallet-lesap-angkara-scammer\">Sinar Harian<\/a><\/strong> melaporkan ada dikalangan mangsa yang mengaktifkan ciri isian semula automatik yang dihubungkan terus ke akaun bank.<\/p>\n<p>Berdasarkan tangkapan layar yang diterbitkan oleh akhbar Kwong Wah Yit Poh, mendapati salah satu akaun yang digodam berkenaan digunakan untuk membeli kredit Steam Wallet. Lebih kurang 20 orang guru telah menjadi mangsa serangan siber tersebut dan meminta pihak Touch &#8216;n Go memberikan penjelasan.<\/p>\n<p>Dalam pada masa yang sama, Ketua Biro Pengaduan Awam DAP, Encik Yew Jia Haur telah menggesa orang ramai yang menjadi mangsa tampil membuat laporan polis. Beliau turut mengingatkan orang ramai supaya tidak menggunakan angka 6 digit pertama berdasarkan nombor kad pengenalan atau tarikh lahir untuk pin 6-digit eWallet berkenaan.<\/p>\n<p>Touch &#8216;n Go eWallet telah melakukan penambahbaikan pada proses keselamatannya berikutan aduan dan cadangan orang ramai sebelum ini. Pengguna juga perlu memuat turun aplikasi dari saluran yang sah seperti Apple App Store, Google Play Store, Samsung Galaxy Store dan Huawei App Gallery.<\/p>\n<p>Touch &#8216;n Go eWallet menawarkan <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tngdigital.com.my\/mbg.html\">jaminan wang dikembalikan<\/a><\/strong> yang akan menebus wang pengguna dalam tempoh lima hari jika eWallet pengguna dicaj dengan transaksi yang disahkan.<\/p>\n<p>Pengguna juga perlu melaporkan transaksi yang meragukan terus ke pihak Touch &#8216;n Go dalam tempoh 60 hari selepas transaksi tersebut berlaku.
