Jadinya, kalau aku kena dipertanggungjawabkan untuk <i>incharge<\/i> sesuatu, nescaya aku akan menjadi orang yang paling penat. Semua kerja aku akan <i>involved<\/i>. Aku tak suka bagi arahan sebab aku berpegang kepada konsep <i>teamwork<\/i>. Masing-masing ada peranan.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cumanya, bila aku yang kena&nbsp;<i>lead<\/i> satu-satu kerja, bila <i>fail<\/i> aku akan bertanggungjawab penuh. Kalau dah jadi ketua, memang kena faham tentang <i>the&nbsp;burden of command<\/i>.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">Oleh itu, aku jarang-jarang gatal nak memegang apa-apa jawatan yang memerlukan komitmen yang tinggi. Nak calonkan diri sendiri untuk memegang jawatan? Ah, itu lagi kerja orang gila.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">Justeru, aku lebih senang menumpukan bidang tugas aku yang paling mustahak buat masa ini.
