Selain itu, pengguna juga terpaksa melog masuk ke profil kosong atau default Windows 10 dengan data-data di dalam profil pengguna tidak diketemukan. Data yang dimaksudkan termasuklah aplikasi yang dipasang, penghias latar desktop, fail-fail di dalam desktop, muat turun dan dokumen-dokumen lain.<\/p>\n<p>Bagaimanapun, para pengguna Windows 10 dinasihatkan supaya jangan lekas panik kerana data tersebut masih lagi ada dan ianya cuma &#8216;disorokkan&#8217; sahaja. Fail berkenaan masih lagi wujud pada storan pengguna, cuma ia telah dinamakan dengan extension <strong>.000<\/strong> atau <strong>.bak<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Kemaskini KB4532693 Windows 10 jadi punca<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Laman Bleeping Computer melaporkan, masalah pepijat ini berpunca dari prosedur pemasangan KB4532693. Ia berlaku kerana aplikasi perkhidmatan Windows Update telah mewujudkan satu profil sementara bagi menguruskan prosedur pemasangan, namun tidak membuangkannya sebaik sahaja proses pemasangan KB4532693 selesai dilakukan. Ini telah mengakibatkan pengguna secara tidak sengaja dilog masuk ke profil akaun sementara berkenaan.<\/p>\n<p>Terdapat cara untuk mendapatkan semula profil berkenaan, namun langkah-langkahnya agak rumit dan mungkin boleh menyebabkan data pengguna tersebut terus hilang.<\/p>\n<p>Cara paling mudah untuk mengatasinya adalah dengan menyahpasang kemaskini KB4532693.
